We made our annual trek down to Rocky Point, Mexico again this year. Our kids look forward to this trip more than anything, and then they talk about it for the whole year. There's just something about hanging out on the beach, relaxing at a nice resort pool, and watching your kids have a blast with all their friends that actually makes this one of my favorite "family" trips we take each year.

This year we were excited to be able to go with Ryan & Ariane and their kids (Kimberly's sister). We had a blast with them. But since they're from Washington, where they never see the sun, Ryan apparently had not been informed that you have to put sunscreen on the top of your feet as well. We all had a pretty good laugh over this one. Don't feel guilty laughing...he said it looked worse than it felt. :-)

We had great friends come along this year as well. We had some good laughs together...combined with many moments where we helped each other resist the temptation to strangle our own children. :-)
Great times...already thinking about next year.
