Wild Ride...
I don't know if you guys have ever tried this before, but this was quite an experience. We have a restaurant here in town that has an electrical bull. I went there with some co-workers one day, and decided to give it a go. The only other person who tried it was one of the women in our party. I can attest that there are definitely 2 different speeds. Speed number 1 is for girls. The bull moves "rythmically" forward and backward, in a slow and easy speed. Some might say it is even "sexy" looking. Speed number 2 is for young guys. It's essentially where the operator tries to "KILL" the rider by spinning the bull in every direction possible at breakneck speeds, until the rider goes flying. I'll let you guess which speed I got.

New Year's Party
This year we hosted a New Year's party again with some friends, and had a great time. Everyone brought their kids over, and we "counted down" with NY (10pm) for the kids - so they could go to bed - allowing the adults to spend quality time doing "mature, adult activities".

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I have to admit that I LOVE hanging out with "pregnant Kimber", because she is more than willing to spill the beans on BBB, and she could care less about the "be quite" looks he tries to give her. For example, we learned an interesting fun fact about BBB tonight (something about being a ___ groper?!) :-) Here she is demonstrating BBB's "signature move".

YEA RIGHT! HA HA, fooled you Mom!
Here we are performing those "mature, adult activities" - Guitar Hero competition! I thing we were literally up until 2am playing...it's addicting.

Christmas
We had Christmas here in Phoenix, with just our little family again this year. It's nice to have this time to spend together, and continue to develop our own family traditions. The kids had a great time, and after the excitement of the morning, it was fun to spend the afternoon with several different family members and friends.

Mesa Temple Lights
Every year, we make a point to take the kids out to the Mesa Temple to see the lights. They put several hundred-thousand lights on the grounds, and it is a sight to see. This year we went with my boss and her family to take in the views.

Kimberly couldn't resist taking this pic of Carter on my shoulders
